Angel City Body Kinetics is a unique wellness studio offering the opportunity to utilize two, wholebody systems (Pilates and Gyrotonics). Clients can maximize their fitness goals while experiencing the best these two methods have to offer. This integration allows for a wide range of options based upon the specific needs of the individual, be it injury rehabilitation or personal fitness goals.
